Activities for The Terrace - Assisted Living

Many residents who come to Coeur d’Alene Homes after living alone for a long period of time experience remarkable transformations. People who did not even realize they had become inward and withdrawn become their old selves again, sometimes to the complete astonishment of their families. Suddenly they are making new friends, developing new interests, and discovering altogether new reasons to enjoy each day.

Many new residents need a little coaxing at first to join activities, but they are never coerced. Almost all residents like to just sit around sometimes, often just to see who will drop by and sit with them!

At “The Terrace” every week is filled with a full medley of recreational and social programs. Activities staff and volunteers work very hard to provide interesting, therapeutic, and fun activities for everyone! Some of the activities included are:
