A History of Helping
Since 1921, Coeur d'Alene Homes has continuously served those with assisted living needs within a dignified, home-like, Christian environment. Coeur d'Alene Homes welcomes all who need and deserve a safe assisted living environment, including those with modest means and those with incapacitating disabilities.
The former Coeur d'Alene Homes residential housing facility served our residents well for more than 50 years. Constructed in the early 1950s as an infirmary, and sandwiched between our original buildings, it was our only building, and limited our capacity to just 36 residents. As of October 2006, Coeur d'Alene Homes now serves 69 residents in a beautiful new facility.
Since 1979, our sister facility, Heritage Place, has shared our beautiful campus. Heritage Place is home for 154 senior residents enjoying an independent living environment. At capacity for many years, Heritage maintains a 12-month-long waiting list.
